ROR for star and non-star hotels in Sumatera Selatan Province in June 2024 respectively by 51.13 and 19.94 percent

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in June 2024 was 51.13 percent, a decrease of 0.84 points compared to the previous month's TPK which was recorded at 51.97 percent. Meanwhile, the TPK of non-star hotels for June 2024 was recorded at 19.94 percent or a decrease of 0.52 points compared to May 2024.
The highest TPK of star hotels in June 2024 occurred in 5-star hotels, namely 65.74 percent and the lowest in 1-star hotels, namely 41.75 percent.
The average length of stay (RLM) of guests in star hotels is higher than the length of stay of guests in non-star hotels. The average length of stay of guests in star hotels is around 1.27 days while the average length of stay of guests in non-star hotels is around 1.13 days.
The average length of stay of foreign guests is higher than the length of stay of Indonesian guests in both star and non-star hotels.
